This is usually an area where most people are not interested in dealing with, but it is very important. Discipline basically means to have a sharp focus on what you want,  basically what your objective is. Your objective can be your company’s profits, growth, or relationships with customers. Most successful businesses will have a continual process where they consistently monitor what they are doing and can identify their problems and areas where they need to improve.

2. A Clear Purpose

At some point in time, almost every company will lose sight of their customer’s needs and will get too obsessed with profits. When you have a clear purpose in mind, it is much easier to have a different perspective on how customers view your company, and it is much easier to change the way your business is built without straying away from what was originally meant to do. You should think about what you need to do in the future to continue it, and what you will do if something happens and you cannot continue it.
