Introduction of Dr. Chua Soi Lek

Dato Dr. Chua Soi Lek was born on 2 January year 1947, also known the Chua Kin Seng,
Malaysian politician from state of the Johor. He married to Seri Wong. They have 3 children. He
is President of Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA). He was trained into practiced psychiatry
and psychology before entering into politics through his great involvement along with Malaysian
Chinese Association. He held post of the Minister of the Health from year 2004 until 2008. Dato Dr.
Chua Soi Lek set up the medical practice in year 1977 all after serving as medical officer at
Batu Pahat Hospital. His clinic was sold in year 1990 to pursue full-time career into politics with
the Malaysian Chinese Association.

In year 2010, during party elections Dato Dr. Chua Soi Lek was one of the active member from party
was selected as the 9th party president from Malaysian Chinese Association. Dato Dr. Chua Soi
Lek was won by seventy votes and this proves very strong position of him into the party. During
his service towards the party as the party member, also he served other people who all required
his help. By electing him as a party member, party delegates have made a very perfect choice
really.
