Datuk Seri Dr. Chua Soi Lek locally known as Chua Kin Seng is the existing president of Malaysian Chinese association (MCA). He got a degree in psychology and has won number of awards during his career. Dr. Chua Soi Lek has always supported youngsters and encouraged them to come forward. He was reported to have said that:

“We want the younger generation to be given the opportunity to lead and we should give them the space to develop from now. We also want party leaders to engage more youths as they make up the majority of the population,”
